Codeyv builds software that takes repetitive work off people’s desks: reading orders, answering questions from documentation, and moving information into the systems a business already uses. Everything we ship is built, run and supported by us.

We hold ourselves to one rule: software a business can trust with its own customers. Every answer our systems give can be traced to where it came from, a person approves anything that touches a business’s books, and every external service we depend on is called with a timeout and a retry.

OrderBabu is a product of Codeyv. All rights in OrderBabu, and its operation, development and support, are held and managed by Codeyv.

Wholesale distributors in India receive orders from their retailers as WhatsApp messages, voice notes and photos of handwritten order slips, and someone re-types each one into the accounting software. OrderBabu reads those orders, matches every line to the distributor’s own item list, and shows it for a person to check. Once approved, the order becomes an entry in Tally or an import file for BUSY.

A distributor connects their own WhatsApp Business account to OrderBabu through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. OrderBabu uses that connection only to receive the orders retailers send and to send them replies about their own orders, such as an acknowledgement, a confirmation or a status update. It does not send marketing messages. How this data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
